Course Structure

Exam Details

After course finalization, we guide students on their readiness for the online RYA Day Skipper Theory test, a home exam with two segments, each lasting 1.5 hours. Detailed feedback is given by the examiner. The test fee is covered in the course expense (except for commercial purpose invigilation). Our dedication ensures every student succeeds. Upon passing, the RYA Day Skipper Shore-based certificate is awarded. For the complete RYA Day Skipper qualification, a practical session at a chosen centre is necessary.

‍The RYA Day Skipper Theory Course is priced at £315, all-inclusive. Commercial endorsement seekers may need an invigilated test, possibly incurring an extra charge payable to the invigilator.
