Mallorca Sailing Academy is looking for dedicated sailing instructors to join our growing team in the beautiful Balearic Islands. As one of Mallorca’s premier sailing schools, we offer top-tier training and certification programs, guiding aspiring sailors to achieve their goals up to Coastal Skipper level.

What We're Looking For:

We’re on the lookout for qualified RYA Sailing Instructors who thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment and are eager to inspire the next generation of sailors. If you love the idea of working in paradise and teaching sailing in one of the world’s most beautiful destinations, this is the opportunity for you!

Requirements:

• RYA Instructor Qualification for Sail (essential)
• Experience in training and instructing (preferred, but training can be provided to qualified instructors)
• Keelboat endorsement and PB2 Instructor Qualification

Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging and professional sailing lessons and courses to meet RYA standards for both individuals and groups
• Provide practical and theoretical instruction on sailing techniques, navigation, and safety protocols
• Foster a positive, hands-on learning environment that inspires sailors of all skill levels
• Track and evaluate student progress, offering helpful, constructive feedback
• Ensure the safety of both students and equipment during all training sessions
